Pre-care
A guide to prepare for any treatment
On the day of your appointment, arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes.
Avoid applying any skincare products or moisturisers to your eye area, as these can interfere with the lifting solution.
If you wear contact lenses, it's best to remove them before your appointment. Contact lenses can be uncomfortable during the treatment process, and removing them will prevent any irritation or discomfort.
Plan your lash lift appointment at a time when you won't need to wet your lashes for at least 24 hours afterward. This allows the lifting solution to set properly and ensures long-lasting results.
For a better and long lasting result, use a mascara wand with a gentle cleanser to exfoliate the skin under your brows 24-48 hours before your appointment to remove any dry skin and makeup build up.
On the day of your appointment, arrive with clean, makeup-free brows.
Minimize sun exposure and tanning products to the brow area in the days leading up to your appointment. Sunburned or overly tanned skin can be more sensitive and may not hold pigment as effectively. Tanning products can create a barrier on the skin interfering with the dye solution to adhere.

STOP 1 month before your appointment: Chemical peels, topical medications (if safe to do so), Retin A, Retinols, Vitamin A creams. These products and treatments thin the skin and increase sensitivity, making the tattooing process more uncomfortable.
